I wished I could help you, but the shop where I bought it, doesn't exist anymore. (T_T) The costume is almost 5 year old.
I can tell you what kind of wig I used and how I styled it though. ^^ I bought a long black wig without parting (it was a point parting, which means there is only one point from which all hair falls. No middle parting or site parting). I cut and layered the wig and after that I put hairties on the parts of the wig which should lie tight on my neck. I sprayed those parts with hairglue (try to spray it a little bit unter the hair ties, but let them in until it is completely dry)
